The Standard 60cm USV Pontoon
⚠️ PRE-ORDER ITEM: Due to high demand, we are currently collecting pre-orders. Production and shipping are scheduled to begin in October 2026.
Build your custom Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) on a solid, professional-grade foundation. Engineered in Norway by FZ Solutions, these ready-to-deploy hulls are designed specifically for university researchers, marine engineers, and robotics developers who want to skip the mess of fiberglassing or multi-part 3D printing.
To fit your specific project needs, you can order our pontoons exactly how you need them:
The Complete Pair (Recommended): Includes both a Port (Left) and Starboard (Right) pontoon for a standard catamaran build.
Port Only (Left): Ideal for replacements, unique trimaran setups, or custom outriggers.
Starboard Only (Right): Ideal for replacements, unique trimaran setups, or custom outriggers.
Standardized V-Slot Compatibility: The pre-designed deck mounting lugs are perfectly spaced and configured to fit standard 20x20 aluminum V-slot (or T-slot) profiles. This allows you to slide in standard drop-in nuts and build your entire electronics frame using off-the-shelf, hardware-store-accessible parts.
Unsinkable Reliability: Printed from high-quality PETG and completely filled with expandable foam. Even in the event of a severe outer shell breach, your expensive payload stays afloat.
Seamless Construction: Manufactured as a single, continuous 60 cm piece on our advanced print farm. Zero seams mean zero weak points and absolute leak prevention.
Hydrodynamic Profile: Designed for smooth, efficient sailing. The sleek forward bow section cuts through the water, while the aft stern features a propulsion tunnel profile optimized for mounting standard thrusters.
